HBG further expanded the solar-thermal power generation and other new energy field, and independently researched, developed and manufactured heat abstractor, thermal storage, steam-raising equipment and other essential equipment for the Supcon 50MW Tower-type Solar-thermal Power Generation Project in Delingha City. This project was the first tower-type solar-thermal power station with commercial operation in China and was synchronized successfully to the grid in July 2013.
