Hangzhou Xizi Nonglin Ecological Farmland was jointly established by Xizi UHC and Yuhang Nonglin Group, which is a solely state owned company in Yuhang District. It has 15 farmlands and forestry in total, covering a land area of 56.7 square kilometers. Xizi Nonglin Ecological Farmland locates at Jingshan, Yuhang, Hangzhou, and has a land area of 700,000 m2.

In addition to Xizi Nonglin Ecological Farmland, the agriculture sector under Xizi UHC has another company ie. Zhejiang Sannong Logistics Co., Ltd., which has built standard cold storage facility of 80,000 tons and delivery center area of 35,000 m2. In recent years, Xizi UHC has invested more than RMB300 million in agriculture sector.
